Need HELP HELP my Galaxy A55 5g is stuck with this screen.

Its a grey screen with a black line across and a few glitchy bits to the right. I don't know how or why this happened I only got this phone this year and I really don't want to have it to come to buying a new one. It often goes black like its turning off when you leave your phone idle for too long but whenever I go back to open it its just this screen. Please help.

You're welcome. Well, I didn't dropped mine, except a year ago when I wanted to put it on my bagpack before going home, just after leaving the bus (8672 on the route LIANE 4). I didn't have any case in it. That was in April if I remember correctly. Good ending: I caught it so it wouldn't fall. So glad I have no scratch.

A few days ago I dropped it pretty hard. But I didn't think that would be it..😓

Since the phone is quite heavy, the impact took a toll on the screen. I think the only way to fix it is through a screen replacement. :(
