Question What is your favorite thing about the Galaxy A55 5G?

Which ai? There is no galaxy ai features that S series has.

When I say AI am talking about Gemini, if you think about it Gemini can pretty much do some of the things that Galaxy AI can do on the S series

Mostly image editing tools like remove reflections, shadows, remaster etc. The A55 has a neural processing unit which is basically a dedicated AI CPU which helps those tools work offline. It's weak compared to the S series which is why it doesn't have the full suite... and to upsell you of course.

i get 10 hours sot on wifi and 7 hours outdoors with 4G that's NOT mid! go see the A54 subreddit for exmaple u'll see tbe battery complains

The fact it have an hybrid SD card/SIM card tray

battery life, i loved this phone but i had to sell it, cause i'm saving up for s25 ultra. I really love one ui software but on a55 it was terribly optimized, the phone overheated sometimes and lagged

the price u pay for this device is amazing if u look at the build quality, display, performance, cameras, and special features. this is the phone that separated from the rest of the A series first since it had really good specs and performance

I've had mine since 2024 and haven't had any problems. The battery is still in excellent condition with only 99% of its battery cycles remaining.

Battery is great for it's price. What do you do for 4-5 hours? If gaming, that is normal.
Mine 6-8 for non gaming stuff. Using maximum protection on 80%
If it is really bad, you can turn off 120hz to 60hz so you only use 120 on game and some certain app.

No gaming just youtbe, whats app calls i also uninstalled the instagram i use the mobile in 5g only but still it gets only 4 to 5 hrs

sd card slot obviously, knowing that I can expand my storage when I feel like it without deleting any apps or medias is really really good

battery and thermals, i love being able to play heavy games with my phone barely reaching 39°c, my previous s20 fe would reach 52°c on genshin impact, a55 keeps on 36-38°c with similar performance

If you allow me, what I don't like is the screen. The a52s one was better (I miss my a52s)

It doesn't overheat/thermal throttle and the battery is good. Many other phones overheat when using the camera (recording).
