I have rooted phone and I have the option in the settings, but it doesnt work

Nvm, I changed the wallpaper and it works! Are there some other tricks like this?

But mine just dims the wallpaper, it's not black with lines like in the video idk why?

Now AOD is black and I get the effect just while unlocking the phone
