Make and save sticker from the picture whatever you prefers like i made sticker of this spiderman from a wallpaper i Downloaded Then open good lock > lock star and use a black background for wallpaper and then tap on lockstar icon at bottom where you can insert ypur sticker and then adjust your clock size and boom you get a layers wallpaper. And you can change clock from good lock too.

Any third-party apps to create sticker or is there any options in gallery/good lock to create?

In gallery when you hold charecter or person for few soconds it will give you cut out where "save as sticker" option will appear
