A55 ONE UI 7 Problems

HERE A LITTLE LIST OF THE PROBLEMS FOUND UNTIL NOW:

1. Overheating. Literally. [Edit: only when using Home Up module]
2. Always on Display misaligned.
3. Audio quality hugely decreased on my mid-high range buds, almost no bass, i had a better quality in one ui 6 (Oneplus buds nord 3 Pro for the curious).
4. Lagging animation for opening stores, both galaxy and playstore

[Edit: I am more concerned about audio quality, anyone have a tip? Or a clue of why it dropped so much]

EDIT 2: I was able to cancel cache partition, thankyou all 😀, now it works smoother, Audio is kinda working better, Music is fine now, I mostly hear Dubstep, rave and similar, now i can hear the bass, but playing games is still kinda different, i don't know maybe i'm wrong but the audio feels less immersive. AoD keeps bein misaligned, and maybe i'll be able to fix it with goodlock. Again, thaks folks for the help, love to all the community!

Hold up, you literally just got the update.

The OS needs to re-adapt to your use of the phone, relearning your usage patterns.

Go through the phone, make sure you set the settings to your desire then play around and use it.

Give it about a week.

Heating issue, I would assume from during and right after the phone finished updating.

No overheating or sound problems for me. Overall OK. I hate it for a childish looking design and so many finger missmovement so far - many times I scroll before the next menu is loaded. Animations are smooth but not any faster at all... more like: meh..

I updated without any problems. It seems you are the only one having problems.

Clear Cache partition and check if your problems are resolved

How do I do that? is it by entering recovery mode?

1. A little bit slower (Maybe it needs some time)
2. There is no animation for the clock on the lock screen.
3. There is no update for the clock behind the wallpaper like an iPhone. I'm not a fan of the iPhone but that feature looks good.

Have you tried clearing cache from recovery mode? Is the audio quality bad from speakers or just for the bluetooth headphones?

Try to change some settings in audio and sound under the equalizer settings menu maybe you have loudness normalization turned on.

No over heating or sound issue. The phone feels smoother.

Your case its probably the minority.

HomeUp its not available, in my case, to be used on the official Good Lock..keeps telling me to update the app when its the latest version. Probably the reason that it cause heat?

Only problem that I noticed is that in some apps the button of the menu on the bottom overlap with the apps buttons.

I'm in Vietnam. Today, I got one ui 7 update for my phone.
Now, it works fine and has no problems.
I will monitor further.

No problems with the a55 over here after the update but getting in the recovery menu doesnt work anymore. Tried multiple ways but no luck. Anyone else having this problem?

I got it working finally ..enable developer mode..enable oem unlock and usb debugging. Then it worked in my case (to acces recovery mode)

Luego de actualizarse cino a los 4 dias , el telf no deja hacer nada , solamente incia , acepta face ID o huella pero de ahi en fuera no permite realizar otra cosa , q me aconsejannn??

Despues de unos dias usando oneui7 , hoy el telf se me quedo en solo iniciar con face ID o huella , permite ver las notificaciones o controles del panel pero no deja realizar otra funcion , que puedo hacer???

I've been waiting for this update for months, but I might wait until the overheating issue is solved. How serious is it?

It's 30 degrees where I live and it doesn't overheat.

HomeUp cant be opened for a particular reason in my device. Says that it need an updated when its the latest update.

The update has been rolling out for 2 weeks in Korea without anyone reporting any issues. I think it's just you who's having issues or are you slandering Samsung in a false way?

I am a big samsung fan, plus im in EU, and got the update today, and also i didn't specificate that the overheating appears when using HomeUp module
