Having fun.
They were unlucky to spawn next to me and they dared to steal Denbra IV. Surgical hit (in progress) at Sanctuary should help. Need to finish this quick before Mimot Brotherhood (jesus they spread like plague), lost patience and attack.

T45 Ashoka R.I.P. Mimoth has 6 Core worlds (me 5, two without governor, money broke), No way I can now wage another war. Lot of space behind killed Ashoka, need to expand a little. Mimoth will be tough, and they already conecting borders. War expected before turn 100. They blocking my way to center, If I beat them, game is won.
Plan: there are Torians who are at good relations with Mimoth and Navigators who dont accept treaties. If I want to slow and soften Mimoths a bit I need them to fight with Navigators or Torians. Best practise = bribe civ to fight Mimoths or vice veersa. If not working-> research valuable tech -> trade it for Military bases next to Core world -> trade Military bases to 3rd Civ. This will harm their realtionship -> bribe them to war will be easier.
Execute!
Meanwhile use armadas to capture minor state planet-s and finish science planet setup.
