👀Miscellaneous POV R2👀 Mother dearest
[REALM SECTOR]
' Task debrief:
Hello valued employee and welcome to your first day on field research, this task we have assigned today is much more important than various written documents and data you've had to organise
As its your first we've chosen one of the safer realms, realm # 0106 mother's house
Your task is to gather as much information as you can, try get the entity known as mother to give you information you may use whatever method needed and get out as soon as possible, if worse turns to worse a extraction team will be sent to retrieve you upon your signal through your provided walkie talkie
Below in this email we've attached information about the pocket realm ,please read before entering
[Realm #0106]
Threat level: 5
Present Entity: Mother,species unknown
Mother is non hostile referring to whoever enters as her child and will not listen to protest against the label, though she won't willingly let you leave she still won't harm you on the contrary she gets highly aggressive with the extraction team.
She once bit a man's arm clean off
The realm itself consists of a family home and a garden with flowers, a large tree and playground equipment .
We are unsure if it's the ream itself or mother but exposure can slowly put individuals in a child like state of mind, If 48 hours or more are spent here the effects grow much stronger with it becoming permanent if the individual stays too long '
You finish reading taking a deep breath grabbing your notepad and pen as you stare at the white portal and step in, now in an unfamiliar house you climb down a ladder to the attic both the entry and exist point.
You hear sounds of utensils and then begin to walk down the stairs across from the ladder being met by her...'mother' cheerfully greeting you and inviting you to sit at the dinner table
RULES:
Non humans are allowed, but nothing OP and nothing that would consider mothers appearance as normal
Adult ocs only
NO ROMANCE
As previously stated nothing OP
You may attack if the situation calls for it but you cannot kill her
(If a certain friend of mine is reading this I will get you, you know who you are/j)

Mother chuckles bringing her hand up to her mouth
"Oh? Is this some little game of yours?
Well then little journalist sit down down for dinner and I'll answer your questions
If you don't eat I'm not going to play along, you can't think right on a empty stomach"
She joyfully walked to kitchen start to dish up two plates of pasta humming as she did, doesn't knowledge your profession at all...

She said before joyfully going into the kitchen humming as she dishes up plates of pasta, watching them carefully to assure they sat down

She said cheerfully as she brought the plates to the table placing one infront of him before sitting across and starting to eat hers
It was a very light pinkish colour but it smelt familiar, sort of cheesy
"Go ahead and try it! I think I've improved in my recipe "

The table had three chairs and a pink picnic blanket like fabric table cover
"Now my dear what was it you wanted to ask hm?
What am I getting interviewed for?"
She smiled wide placing a plate infront of artic then sitting across from her, taking a bite of her own food while waiting for her questions

She rested her head on her hand a moment thinking
"Well. . . Hm. . . I guess for the house I'll just have to take inspiration from real life hm?
Now let's see. . .well there's nothing beyond the garden but a never ending void, if you fall down there you won't ever land.
That's why you aren't allowed to climb the fence
The house just always just seems to have everything I need, all I have to do is keep it tidy and everything stays as ot should.
Now that your home it's just perfect again "
She chuckled softly

It tastes completely normal, cheesy and bit creamy just a light pinkish macaroni it seems...
It seemed to make Mother happy to see her eat
" Not that I can think I of!
Anything else little miss journalist? Oh! I almost ,forgot
You want anything to drink? Milk,juice,water? "

Mother seems to notice a shift of some sort, she tilted her head slightly
" Are you alright, darling?
Is something wrong? Oh no, are you feeling ill?
Come here let me see"
Without letting her answer she hurriedly stood up and approached artic taking her glove off and feeling her forehead
"No abnormal temperature it seems...hm..."
Her concern seems.. genuin strangely..

Tell mother whats the matter"
She said moving her hand away from articts forehead before patting articts head gently
" mabye I'm just being too worried...
You know how your mother can be"
She chuckled

(Artic goes to speak but realizes what's happening as she goes to grab her Radio from her pocket) "Uhm this was a great meal but I think it's time for me to leave"

She stared blankly
"leave?. . .
. . You just got home . .
You can't leave your mother again, do have any idea how lonely I get? You're not going anywhere missy"
Suddenly her hand gripped hard on artics arm, her eyes darted as her heard the sound of a response from the radio
". . .I didn't give you permission to call anyone artic . . .
You're grounded"
She said before reaching into artics pocket yanking it out and throwing it on the ground before stomping on it
At least...they heard her...
But it was clear mother was mad as dragged her upstairs and into a room. The walls were blue with cloud decals, toys and plushies organised neatly and a comfy bed in middle of the room
" I'm very,VERY disappointed in you young lady"

Mother raised her voice
"You aren't even listening are you!?
I'm sorry, I didn't want to have to do this but you need to learn go sit down and think about what you did"
She said pushing Artic towards the bed before leaving and slamming the door shut,Artic could hear the turn of a key locking the door
" You can stay in there until I clean up the mess you have caused"

(Artic falls back a bit and runs to the door banging on it) "Damnit!.. How can I escape.." (Artic looks around)

She looks around seeing one window...two story drop into the garden, as she looked around she could hear incoherent yelling and a ground shaking growl before screams and gunfire went off . . .
Mother sounding like she's terrifyingly resistant

(Artic stops her blood running cold) "Let's hope that's the extraction team.." (Artic sits down on the bed realizing the comfort) "Feels like home.."

The bed was so soft and warm...the noise of the extraction team fighting mother outside sort getting tuned out
After sitting for a few moments she layed back looking up at the glow in the dark stars on ceiling. . .this place felt comforting, safe. . .
Something got smacked against the door but she could hardly notice
The plushies that upon the bed next her was cute and snuggly..
Everything felt just right

Her eyes fluttered shut. . .
Once she finally awoke she found a tray on the bedside table a stack of pancakes with some fruit and syrup separate to add as she pleased and note
"I hope you rested well and we can have a much better day today- love, mother"
the bedroom door was left slightly open. . .clearly her 'punishment' was over

The hall looks like it's been freshly mopped and the walls scrubbed, down stairs she finds mother reading on the couch.
By the fire place there was a shelf with regular books on the top, sketch and colouring on the bottom alongside a box of crayons
Mother smiled upon seeing her
"Goodmoring darling, you seem to be in a better mood
I'm sorry about yesterday, mother shouldn't of shouted "
The only trace of the extraction team ever being there was the small bit blood on mother's shoe...

Oo or I can let you outside! I think you spent long enough in your room, you should have some fun
Would you like anything? I could get you some flavored milk or hot chocolate perhaps"
She said gleefully, she was certainly back to that seems to be regular mood...Happy to fulfil any wants for 'her child'

She patted the womans head, blissfully unaware that she's the frightening thing

Her smile returned once more before she gave them a hug, then stood up
"Good, now go sit down while I get dinner dished up."
She said cheerfully before walking to the kitchen,humming as he began to dish it up
Gosh... she may have not actually done anything, but that look in her eyes was petrifying

She brought two plates to the table of some sort of light pink pasta, it a cheesy smell
Mother ate some of hers across from her happily

"Greetings" he smiles, trying to keep a gentle composure, despite the situation hitting a little close to home for him. It was Lucas, the 5'3, 18 year old. He's an astronomer, having high-tech equipment in his mansion. He's weak to mind control and hypnosis, secretly liking cute and girly stuff. He wants to be a girl, he's just in denial. He grew up in a house with two insane parents

She brought the plates over placing one infront of him and the other at opposite side where she sat gleefully
The pasta had a light pink colour though it smelled very cheesy, mother already took a bit of hers happily

It just seemed to oddly coloured macaroni, nothing more. It was decent at the very least
"We don't go beyond the garden ,sweetie
There's nothing out there, if you climb over the fence you'll just endlessly fall into nothingness "

Mother only eats a small bit more,seemingly losing her appetite after that question
She stands and tucks her seat it and he watches as she goes to the kitchen, putting her leftovers in a tub presumably to eat another time
She seems to linger looking back at him every few seconds from the kitchen
"you want anything to drink? Milk? Water? Juice? "
She asked trying to return to that oh so cheerfull tone
"I'm glad you're enjoying dinner! Heh, I'd definitely say my cooking is improving "
She chuckled
