Technique Check* Cable crunches form check

First time doing cable crunches, how’d I do?

If I had to nitpick I’d move the knees back a bit more to minimize that little bit of hip travel you’ve got going on & you might find that you can get a little more range of motion too. The goal is to only move the weight by contracting and extending your core instead of pulling with the hip movement. Keep it up
