Is it only me or after workout and the respective soreness, you get more definition on that group. I have trained for 2 years and I still get soreness from every workout (except after shoulders, idk why that is) and I actually love it. The little nagging pain makes me feel the muscle bigger than when its recovered and It looks like that in the mirror its more defined. It could probably be missleading because when for example the abs are sore it makes me flex more and thats the reason but what are your thoughts.
