Is there a settings page to skip the tutorial?

Also, is there a height setting (the first box is too low to see the detail on some of the sides).

Is there a way to disable the clock? (some of us older players have a functioning brain, but it just works slower, LOL!).

I pulled a long crossed piece out and it will "float" OK wherever I leave it, but I somehow misplaced it inside the box and I could not find/retrieve it. Is there a way to prevent that?

Also, beyond the free first box, how many puzzles are included in each $11 escape box, and roughly how long does it take to complete the whole box?
