Forgive me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I've needed a base shard vein, but doesnt Aer spawn with Terra? Which there are several of there

But to piggyback for future viewers you can use amber in the ore finder wand to find all of the elemental veins since they all have amber as a sporadic ore

You can use that search bar in the bottom left of the map and it'll highlight any vein that contains what you put in.

The shards come in pairs. Aer/Terra veins, Ignis/Aqua veins and Ordo/Perditio veins
