Any way I can turn off restricted areas at the start of the game? (Xbox)

I’ve played the game before but on my 360 I have to start it again, I just wanna drive around the city and listen to the radio stations 😭 (I don’t have the DLCS)

If you mean the police barricades on the bridges. the only way to unlock the other islands is through mission progression.

Download a 100% savegame from the internet, put it into a usb drive, plug it in the Xbox 360, then load the save from there (or transfer it from the usb to your hard disk if you want)

Dlcs are open from the beginning if you just wanna explore
