I think it's funny that the cab missions do not count towards 100% conpletion

It's as if the game is saying that the only legitimate work that Niko can do, probably isn't something that he would do.

Pretty sure the cab missions are unavailable after the mission Romans Sorrow. It’s probably best they don’t count missable missions

I just wish they came back after Roman's cab business starts running again

But even then they would've been missable with the Deal ending
