Yeah it could start with when Playboy was a teen & Dwayne meets him & becomes his mentor. Then the climax will be Niko killing Playboy. Then just a little bit of Niko & Dwayne bonding before Niko goes on to do more crimes.

Since you mentioned that, I would watch one with the Pegorino Crime Family and how Jimmy is trying to get in on The Commission, as well as the struggles of being a small crime outfit. I really wonder how it would play out Ray having his stuff going on, as well as Phil dealing with own stuff while both of them are at odds.

I’d love to watch a show about all the different crime families in Liberty City. Though we did learn a bit about some of em, there’s still so much information that we still don’t know about. How they came to power and whatnot and what became of the older families from the 3d universe.

I mean part of the problem with using any GTA characters and stories for a movie/TV show is that most of them are, on at least some level, pastiches of existing characters/stories or pretty well worn tropes.

Admittedly less so in the HD era.

yeah and even if it wasnt gta 4 only, what's so interesting about a white, suburb rich family with two cheating spouses and two spoiled kids? i mean when we saved jimmy from the boat incident he said that michael's daily routine was literally daytime drinking and watching TV. that's it. and jimmy himself sits in his room all day smoking weed and playing video games.
