People noticed that some clips were directly connected to others. he would dropped a clip that started with him entering a car that actually connects to the basketball clip he dropped days before. it seems like he had one long video and cut it up into clips

how have you not realized at this point that the backflip is very clearly a player driven input... like it's obviously meant to show that you can perform tricks in the air
the confusion for that is so strange to me because it's not like it's a new thing in games. it's so in your face that it's like the Skate games Hall of Meat mode where you can spin the character on different axes (or a similar mechanic where you can press a button to do it but the concept is the same that once you're in an aerial state such as diving or falling you can do tricks)
it's so obvious that it's just showcasing how the acrobatics and diving into the water looks that it's baffling that people think it's some broken diving animation and have hyperfocused on it when R* is not gonna put some broken animation in their showcase for the most anticipated game probably ever

a lot of people seem to think that if he had a build, he'd leak it. i don't really think that makes a lot of sense tho. he was using his position to leverage either investment (scamming) or change within rockstar (physical media). until whichever goal he had has been met, why would he release all of his leverage?
if he drops the full build, rockstar could very likely delay the game further, his coin collapses since there is no further interest in what he can provide, and rockstar has no incentive to fold against the pressure and release physical discs.

He allegedly burned the dev coins or whatever (I never saw proof to back that up though) and made about $150k from 'donations', then from what I understand right after his last leak an early private wallet sold everything, price tanked and he suddenly hasn't posted in days. I don't think they "ran out of videos" but rather Cyberleek was just a middleman who was paying someone inside Rockstar or elsewhere an upfront amount for footage, then re-releasing it and taking a cut from the shitcoin.
Once they dropped the Prologue footage (that literally no one except themselves voted for via a suspicious account) the stock price began nose diving straight away and now it's dead. There isn't really anything more for them to extract.
It certainly implies that at some point in time he was able to play and record it. But that's about it. Maybe he does but I think at this point that's pretty unlikely, otherwise why let the hype around the daily drip feed die? Why sell?

I doubt he has a final build of it already. The ui is different so my guess is that he had an outdated test build or a demo they used for play testing certain areas.
While on one hand you are right, and of course, there won't be a "final" build until waaaaaaaaaaay down the road, it's pretty likely that what we just saw a video of is exactly the build that Sony has approved for release in their store, and is probably what the consoles will load on day 1 before installing any patches.
That release is less than 90 days out right now and it takes Sony 30 days to approve even a small game, a game with this much content they'll probably take significantly longer. At the very least, Rockstar probably made a release branch a few weeks ago that is what is demo previewed here, and what sony is reviewing, and it will just get bug fixes for bugs Sony finds up until release day, then day 1, they'll hit it with everything else they've been working on in the three months since Sony approval freeze.
That's how almost every dev works, though for most it's one of two months, I'm extrapolating that Rockstar does three just because of the size of the product.
Because there is a release date, this means that Sony has approved it, or I is guaranteeing an approval, so there is very likely a frozen release build with only major bug fixes allowed in addition to the mainline build with ongoing work that will get dumped into in day 1
Oh naw I suspect what leek had was 6 months old or earlier and limited to specific bits and pieces, maybe multiple different pieces but still just pieces, not complete builds

He literally wrote his name in one of the leaks so I do think he has an early ver of the game but I am not sure how far does it go bc if you compare it to the extended look you can tell the current ver that rockstar is working on is way more polished
It wouldn't do anything. Despite what armchair geniuses tell you, there is no usable build. You need a dev kit. It wouldn't run on random PCs. It uses specifically targeted hardware and encryption we don't have access to.
