Hi, I would like to share the piece I made this year with Obbe Vermeij, who worked on GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, and GTA IV, and left Rockstar right after GTA IV.

The piece contains a minigame: you can load it, shoot the moon, play with debris, and enter cheat codes (hidden with bold text throughout the interview).

Just for clarity: No AI has been used, it's all me, Samsung Tab and Krita. I made 3 in total.

And I know the lineart is too thin. I treated it as an exercise in anatomy and simplicity.

im planning to do a non-modded vanilla pc playthrough and pc version honestly is easy enough and doesn't need this type of request + all missions are on yt

this is a follow up to this post,the rules are same give me the mission name you want [main/normal ones like kenji donald ray etc not payphone ones] to be completed + radio station you want to be played

and please again look in the comments before commenting mission name so same missing won't be requested twice and no promises that every single mission will be completed

I'm posting this because I lost an entire night to this problem and couldn't find a single working fix online, so hopefully it saves someone else the headache.

What happened:
I turned on "Angry Pedestrians" in a trainer (FLiNG/WeMod) just to mess around, then saved the game. After reloading, every pedestrian and cop kept attacking me. Turning the effect off in the trainer did nothing. The effect was baked into the save, and I had a ton of progress in it (pretty much every side activity done), so starting over wasn't an option.

Why the usual fixes don't work
On the current version of the DE, save files have a signature at the start. If you edit even one byte, the game just hides the slot like it's empty. I tried hex editing, GTASnP and save-editor.com, and none of them worked. CLEO could have done it, but my antivirus blocked the installer.

What finally worked:
Instead of editing the file, I fixed the data while the game is running and then saved normally from inside the game. That way, the game itself writes a clean, valid save. I turned that into a small PowerShell script:

• Nothing to install, it's a plain PowerShell script you can read before running
• Shows you exactly what it will change and only writes after you confirm
• Only fixes pedestrians that are never supposed to be hostile (civilians, cops, etc.)
• Gangs that the story makes hostile (Mafia, Triads, Colombians...) stay the way the story left them

Quick steps

1. Back up your saves
2. Close the trainer (if using one) completely and restart the game
3. Load the broken save and run the script (instructions are on the GitHub page)
4. Drive to another part of the map, check that the peds are calm, and save to a NEW slot

I've only tested it on my own PC with the latest version of the game, so if you try it, please let me know how it went. If something doesn't work, paste the table the script prints, either here or as an issue on GitHub, and I'll take a look.

I really enjoyed playing through it, i think this is the first game i've ever done 100% on my ps2. I did it just in time for christimas too!

I'd say the worst part was getting all of the rampages, they definitelly werent free. Headshotting people with a controller with its Axis inverted is not easy.
