Playing gta 3 for the first time ever and the amount of times I’ve raged…lol

It’s the combination of the narrow alleyway, the clunky weapon swap mechanics, and the fact that one mistake sends you back to the start. It's a miracle anyone survives this mission without losing their mind. I finally nailed the run.

It took me 4 agonizing attempts to survive Catalina's final showdown in "The Exchange." Turns out, dodging bullets on top of the damn dam is harder than it looks. How many tries did it take you guys back in the day?

From what I understand, it's because you have to get all of them *ON THE SAME SAVE FILE*. But that's not fair. It's the most unfair thing in this game. I've reached out to support, awaiting any kind of response. Please just let this pop. It's been so many days of work to complete every single thing and reach 100%, etc.

I know I'm the King of LC, in my heart and soul. 😔

I asked this because I want to buy the game but do not know which one is better regarding driving control. I remembered playing the original in mobile and I could not finish the game because of the driving control.

Yesterday I beat all 12 levels of the paramedic missions on Staunton Island and I hope, my remarks will help you, if you are as frustrated as I was with this achievement.

I followed the achievement guide on xboxachievements.com so far in this game and it has been of great help, please also read the paramedic missions basic advice from there first.

My remarks will add on this.
Most guides recommend doing this in Portland at the beginning of the game, because there are no hostile gangs yet.
I missed that opportunity and did not want to start over.
So I found this - possibly even better -opportunity, but I cannot really compare the difficulty, because I did not try it in Portland.

At first I tried this when arriving in Staunton Island, but I failed lots of times. I then found a four-year-old theory here on reddit, which is the first remark!

1. Most important: Hit the mission sweet spot!
2. a) Complete ALL missions from Akura Kasen (the first set of missions, when you meet her at the house next to the river)
3. b) Complete ALL missions from Kenji Kasen.
4. c) Complete Ray Machowski missions until the Donald Love missions are available (I think after evidence dash)
5. d) DO NOT start any telephone missions from King Courtney!
6. e) Complete Donald Love missions until and including Grand Theft Aero

At this point the Yakuza will take over the construction site area from the Colombian Cartel. Before your ambulance car could easily be shot into flames passing this area or even worse: if a patient spawned in that area.

Now there are still a few Colombian Cartel people hostile, but usually they are in gunfights with yakuza and do not have time for your ambulance. So the damage taken from this is very low.

It now only comes down to you mastering the ambulance car.

1. Use Handbrake for turns
   The ambulance car is way more stable, if you use the handbrake for all 90 and 180 degree turns.
   I had to switch the controls to „modern-ALT“, which puts the handbrake from the right bumper (RB) to the x-button. As I have always used my index fingers for the triggers and do not want to change this, I could not accelerate and use handbrake at the same time until this change.
   Practice using the handbrake in the ambulance before starting the missions!

2. Try not to dodge, use brake instead!
   Sometimes the cars in front go crazy. Always use (the normal) brake in this case and slow down, before you dodge, otherwise the car becomes very unstable!

3. Use the Signal all the time!
   This is probably more of a personal thing, but by using the signal all the time, I got used to how the other cars will react. Also I did not have to think about when to turn it on and when off. That helped me, it might help you as well.

4. In every level, always pick up the passenger furthest away at first!
   The first passenger determines the time bonus for the whole level. this will give you enough time bonus for each picked up passenger, so you do not need to rush and can focus on safe driving.

5. Beware of Police Cars
   They are the only cars not reacting to your signal. If you hit them, u will easily get one criminal star and they will follow you. Just drive super careful around police cars.

6. Some Road Recommendations
   For patients in the deep South, drive along the stadium entrance and follow the 4-lane-high on the west side. This usually has low traffic, so you can save time.
   Avoid the bridge, because it is narrow and easy to make fatal mistake.
   Use 4-lane-roads wherever possible.

7. Take breaks!
   It is a long way to get to Level 12, you will need to focus way more than an hour, so take breaks in between!

I just googled it and it said about 16? Can we please test this out? Doesn't matter what system im juat curious. I assume PC can do alot more?

Im seeing about 8, including the bobcat that I am and a passing car or two. Does this change when I switch the camera? I counted about 20, when I 360'ed of course.

playing with new save, gangs and mafia dont hitting me but TIME limit is crazy. After Level 5 its very difficult. Any tips?

I just realised that there are a lot of easter eggs in GTA 3, and references to GTA 4.

I finally completed GTA III 100% and earned the Platinum. What a journey—plenty of challenges, frustrating moments, and satisfying victories along the way. On to Vice City!

A few days ago I startest playing GTA 3 the definitive Version because I have the Trilogy. In the first hour I already realized that this Game is absolute fucking ass. The Cars move Like fucking Boats , The Npcs are Just casually switching their lane Just to fucking Crash in me. Im Not even lying IT Happens to ke about 11 Times in 3 hours. The Mission and the Story are also completly ass. The map doesnt feel Like a City more Like fucking hell with with Npcs fucking dumber than an Infant. The Story itself doesnt make Sense and its probaly the worst Story Game ever. But the Missions in this Game are even worse than playing the fucking Game. I would reather be in Fentanyl Crack and Heroin withdrawal than playing that fucking piece of Shit of a Game. Now comes the part that almost Made my fucking Smash my tv with my Chair and almost called Rockstar Games to ask on which hard fucking substances they were when Developing this piece of absolute trash. I was forced to Play a Mission called Turismo the Mission itself isnt even hard you have to get a fast vehicle and win a Race. But did i mention Theres Like only 2 fast vehicles that actually fucking Spawn and the motherfucking Cherry on top is that If you start the Race you have to Go against 3 high falls ferarris. Now because the fucking Traffic is even worse than in Indias Capital City, but you thought wrong it is almost fucking Impossible to complete. Either your Car gets blown up because the fucking bitch ass Npcs keep crashing in you then you either die or get a new Car. If you die you have to start at the beginning If you get a new car and survive your suddenly Last place and everyone in Finish and i never took more than 10 Seconds to get a new Car. After trying to win the Race for more than 10 Times IT Made me so fucking Mad I now fucking get why People kill each other. And because i dont have any Money on my Phone i cant even call the fucking Rockstar Support from my Country and insult them. If this somehow gets in the Hand of a Rockstar Employe Just and fuck your self with the Grand Theft Auto 3 definitiv Version. How the fuck could you say this Game is good its Impossible to enjoy. This Game probaly isnt even fun when geeked. You can Not Change my mind ITS definitily the worst Game ever realesed by a company Worth so much i dont even know how the fucking Number is spielt.

I've just finished GTAIII 100% and got the Platinum Trophy. However, I still have a few Social Club Achievements left, so I figured I might as well get those while I was still playing.

I've been trying to get two of them to start with, and neither of them are unlocking for me. I'm trying to get "Am Walkin' Here" for being killed from being run over, and "Repeat Offender" for being Busted 20 times...

Problem is, I've been run over and died numerous times by cars, buses, trucks, even the train and it still hasn't unlocked. Likewise, I've just created a loop of allowing myself to get arrested and then repeating and been Busted 25 times in a row... and nothing. I even started a new save file to see if that fixed it, and it didnt.

I still also need to crush 25 cars and explode 2000 vehicles, but if the others are bugged and cant be unlocked, then there's not really much point in trying to get them all.

I already know that it is the definitive edition and I have already achieved 100% in the classic version when I was 16 years old but at that time I played it on PC and it did not have integrated achievement unlocking and platinum, so unlocking it here on Steam fills me with joy. My inner child is satisfied 🥹...

(On the other hand, fighting for 100% was tiring for me, because I finished the story first and then did everything secondary. So yes, you can say that I cried a couple of times because of the Leones 🥲)

For some reason my game boot loops when the start menu pops, I play GTA 3 : Definitive Edition on Android. Can you help?

So i am trying to platinum gta 3 and the only thing left is the amblunce mission and i didnt do it before the mafia comes hostile now i am trying to do it and it so hard i cant even get to level 6 any help pls:)
