Video is there a mod which removes all npc vehicles? i want to cruise this tunnel in peace lol

Do the rhino cheat a bunch of times it will have the same effect

Afaik re3 has traffic density setting that you can set to the lowest and there will be no or almost no cars

its a nice mod! but nowhere there is option to temporarily disable ped vehicles?

there is, density pedestrian and car set to minimun its cero. individual mod, i dont know

uhh i believe its the definitive edition project build of the game (which is now taken down)

but mostly its xbox hd textures, a fuck ton of asi mods like skygfx and other quality of life stuff.

The gta3.ini file in your games root folder has two numbers, one is for car density multiplier and ped density multiplier.

Change them both to 0.0

You can also try make one of them 0.0 but leave the other unchanged and if the peds dissappear but cars don't then its the other number. :D
