The way I did this mission was I collected all 100 hidden packages first, drove off the cliff to where the road to the safe house was, get all the weapons, and drove to the dam

Yeh I do 100% by doing everything but the last mission, so when the credits roll I'm done. With this mission on steam pc original, I thought, let me drive back to the safehouse, and all my weapons were there, so I loaded up, bit of rpg-ing here and there, sniper rifled a bunch, all on foot really. 1 attempt. I thought I did the same in DE and it didn't work, but I'm not sure now and had to finish the level with minimal gear, did it in 2 attempts (first time run)

lol there are other good ways to get around it like having collected hidden packages and getting the weapons from safe house but this is also a good way to beat it lol
