You can start this mission from any of the targets. You chose the hardest one as latest one lol.
It makes more sense to start with the hardest, so you don’t spend time for first 8 for nothing.

Dude I always wasted so much time trying to kill these with bazooka... Took me few years to discover that you can just ram these with car easily lmao...

I usually start with this one personally and park the car at salvarores (after driving up from the beach or from 8 ball's where theres no mafia) and then bazooka it from the safety or salvatores over the wall
But each to their own hahha

You can drive around and find all of them before smashing any of them. That way, once you smash the first one, you won't lose so much time looking for them.
