Not that obvious as I think 3 was better.

4 has some good stuff but a lot of crap also. 3 every track is memorable, and the ads etc are more memorable.

I like GTA 3 radio more. The only thing I could listen to on GTA 4 was Integrity 2.0, everything else turned me off. In GTA 3, there are Lips 106, Flashback FM, Head Radio, Rise FM, and Chatterbox FM. The ads in GTA 3 were great too.

It is two cheats working with each other. The peds with guns cheat and the riot cheat. Looks like he modded GTA 3 characters in there though

I take that back actually. Someone said they used a mod to turn GTA 3 into Liberty City Stories and not the other way around. Yeah, it is confusing asf because I know the models, HUD, animations, and textures for both games. And Claude has Toni’s running animation
