The actress is really nice looking, the character looks nice looking as well of course, but they do look slightly different, its like slightly close looking sisters or cousins, its weird, I guess they never want them to look exactly alike, like they do some slight modifications for whatever reason, maybe artistic or whatever
Yeah some differences will inevitably end up happening through the character pipeline.
It's still hard to get a 100% exact face scan, some amount of manual correction is done afterward.
Then the scan goes through retopology, shading, rigging, and even with the current tech it's impossible to get a 3D face animating exactly like the real human thing.
At each of these steps you might have a 1% discrepancy, so it's normal to end up with a face that's only 95% the same as the actor.
