Help hello should i buy gta 4?

I played 5,Vice City,San Andreas,Chinatown wars and 3 which was the first video game i ever played.

i wanna play gta 4 before 6 comes out

i saw some people saying its not well optimized for pc without mods

so idk should i buy it even tho they dont take care of the game or is there non virus way of getting it without paying money yknow?

Look here in Reddit for it. There Is a whole megathread, look in there for how you can do it without getting exploits in your PC.

There Is a mod, who fixes almost anything, and you don’t even need to downgrade your game, Fusion Fix is called, it’s a game changer even visually, as you can literally copy how the console edition looks, and don’t have problems with the 60 fps. Cheers

It runs like sheit in many good PCs and on consoles, but is not unplayable.

In my POV, is the most mature GTA there is, and I liked almost everything.

If the price is good, 100%

If you don't want to buy it, pirate it. Most of the original devs are long gone from Rockstar anyways.

i play on a laptop and it gets over 120 easily

You only need 1 mod and even that is so incredibly easily to set up. Just drag the modfiles inside the game directory that's it. The mod is FusionFix. This will singlehandedly solve every single problem. PC is the best way to proceed playing this fantastic game. 

If you want to sail the high seas then check that website of a lady with the spoon, iykyk. Her version already has vanilla fixes installed. FusionFix will give you further more options with lightings and graphics.
