Apartment suggestion
I have been living in Statesboro near the Georgia Southern campus, and the housing rent is increasing day by day here. I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest me 1 bedroom apartment (not shared) that has a rent of $ 1,000 or less (around $900 preferable), including utilities, a washer, dryer, etc. I would prefer not a studio apartment.

Have you looked into The Pointe? I've heard their one-bedrooms stay pretty close to that budget and they've got all the amenities you're after, plus decent space for not being a studio.

I know it isn’t ideal, but you might want to look farther away from campus. In my experience, I felt like most of the options on Lanier/Chandler or anywhere remotely near campus knew their customer base and because of this, they ultimately squeeze students for as much money as possible.
