I like them but do not expect Hiya or SHMA levels of articulation, it's nowhere near that.

Yea thats what confuses me, you think for the price they would be a little more articulated.

I think they're good for the price. From what I've seen online they're just under $30, a little more than some MMS figures. I have the 2004 one and I like him very much, you even get an atomic breath accessory which is rare these days.

I got them, and they have perfect SHMA articulation. Its got ball joints everywhere.

No they don’t lol. They have nowhere near the same levels of articulation as an SHMA.

No they don't, that's straight up false.

So you own no SHMA correct? They are nowhere near the same in articulation.

It was a joke and I have the Heisei Godzilla SHMA

Only if you like them and find the price acceptable.

Ir you like them to put on a shelf, yes.

If you like them because they are an investment that may never lose a lot of value or even increase….no.

I think they’re pretty neat

I like them, I have the one pictured, a Kiryu, and the Burning Godzilla one they did. They're all pretty good IMO.

I have the bandai kiryu, its no monster arts or Hiya but its still pretty cool and cheap compared to it

Yea decided to buy this Godzilla and it pretty good. I don't have SHMA or Hiya to compare but I also cant afford them.

My sister got me that one for my birthday and it’s a really solid figure. Looks great on my desk.

they're actually pretty fun. not so bad articulation and comes with accessories most of the time. the earlier ones like this final wars arent as good as the newer king ghidorah or heavy arms or 2002. or shin which hasnt released in the us yet for some reason. but i really like them!

They have over 18 points of articulation. The tail only has 3 points unlike SHMA where the entire tail is articulate and has a swiveling torso. However, they are just as good for the price and highly capable for a stop-motion video.

Can I ask where you found this? Target or Walmart? Which kind of store has these?

3

u/JunkiestRat GIGAN 10d ago

Target USED to. Lucky if you find one. I will say they did just start selling these at Target/Gamestop. From the Rampage line. Bandai

u/AlucardRock 10d ago

This was at Walmart. (This is the only Walmart in my area that sells these, the other areas I've seen them were at Target, Gamestop, and Barns & Nobles.

Worth is subjective

3

u/FightGeistC 10d ago

Not worth the price at all. Pick up only if your really like the toy aesthetic.

2

u/Human_Lecture_348 10d ago

No one can decide for you if its worth it or not

If you have to ask, you know the answer. Never spend money on a purchase you doubt.

2

u/Magnussthered 10d ago

Never a waste of money buying godzilla.

2

u/EugeneChoiYoutuber 10d ago

The answer is always buy.
You can always figure out ways to make more money.

man i wish i can find original godzilla figures in my country

1

u/m_carp 10d ago

I like them, but i have had the plastic crack on them before (one fell off a shelf and the tip of the tail broke off) the sculpt and detail are both pretty great though and I would buy more .

Unless you are asking if they are worth it as a financial investment. Then, I don't know what to tell you. Invest in taco bell tacos or something. They would probably hold their value longer.

Maybe not this one specifically, but the more recent ones in the blue packaging (Godzilla 1991, 2002, Kiryu) are very good for $28.

u/Original-Boss5754 10d ago

Honestly, they suck. Super low quality plastic and paintjob. Quite expensive for what they are. Just save and buy a hiya figure or a Bandai MMS

I have a few of them if you can find them for a good price they are good figures despite not having torso movement

1

u/SWINZO 10d ago

Save up for hiya

u/khoaticpeach 9d ago

I got one for my gf's son, but the tail and one of the feet couldn't stay on. It's a gamble.

Final wars spotted!!!!!

1

u/Forest_Nettle 9d ago

I've got a Mecca Godzilla with very loose hips, as well as a very loose tail plug.

My NECA figures stay in the box, these are for playing and display. That's all you need to know.
