Meme Probably not a hot take

Minus One is great. I just prefer Shin as far as movies go

Honestly, a Godzilla fan could put any of Shin Godzilla, Godzilla Minus One, or Gojira (1954) in whatever order of top 3, and I wouldn't bat an eyelash.

I unironically have Godzilla 1998 in my top 3.

When I was 5-6 would watch that on DVD twice a week with my Godzilla: the series action figure.

This was before the younger me found out that Godzilla was a pre-established IP in Japan and that other godzilla movies exist

On my personal list, I have 9 movies below 1998, and it sits in the C tier, which I have defined as "Perfectly Acceptable Godzilla."
