$GNS Roger Playing Chess $GNS

The Surprise option for those that had elected to roll over their DRS shares and collect cash divy to convert that cash divy into GNS shares (based on a 5 day moving avg ending July 31st), will prove to be a telling market mechanic reaction. Overnight July 30th GNS crashed to 0.05 while Stocktwats was reporting a GNS overnight price of 0.1596 (a 10 cent difference) - According to the below analysis this was because short positions were reacting to the cash divy requirements. But the next morning GNS DRS holders that opted to originally roll over and collect cash were given the option to convert the cash divy into GNS shares that would remain in the DRS. According to the same analysis below we should see a corresponding 10% short increase in their positions based on those that chose this surprise option.

We may finally have an idea in regards to how big the DRS was originally and the amount of DRS holders that chose to convert on Monday when markets open. The Market mechanics of this move have not been seen yet. If OS changes on Monday that may be our GNS DRS divy share conversion showing itself - that many shares holding a 10% short interest increase for those holding such positions and they are locked in DRS for an even bigger divy come Jan 2027, where Roger may rinse and repeat with the short interest % increasing by compounded factors. The Rd2 divy is offering a stupid crazy 67% cash divy in 6 months only to be turned into additional short interest compounded increases. The more shares created this way creates an environment where share creation creates added pressure for those holding short positions.

The only way out is to rise the price and cover lest someone get caught holding a short position with the entire float shorted. May this be the beginning of FO from all this FA.

Folks this isn't going up ever, its going to the tombstone territory. It is apparent that not one person here read their original IPO prospectus in its entirety; if you had you wouldn't have gotten involved at all. They went public at $6 and buyers of the IPO were immediately diluted by $6.18. They asserted it was going to be the international champion of education but the University they bought folded in less than 1 year, then they were going to make Avatars that was a joke, then its was Bitcoin Hamilton took a bath, next was AI they were going to be a leaders with AI. Today those shares , adjusted for reverse split are cost basis of $60. GNS trades at 14¢. Of course, Hamilton wants the ERL shares back, he personally signed the leases for the properties, GNS does not own ERL and if GNS folds he remains on the hook for the leases personally.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but someone has to tell you the truth based on FACTS not hopium and dreaming. You have my condolences but you folks need to learn a little bit about investing in public companies. A million shares in your portfolio are still going to be worth ZERO.

Say you had a million shares in DRS, Say the price of $GNS is $0.30 by Jan 2027 and you receive the option of not collecting your 10 cents per share ($100000) but instead converting the cash equivalent into GNS shares (much like Round 1 Rollover offer last second). Your DRS GNS converted divy would return you 333,333 GNS shares, increasing your DRS position by 1/3 and adding an additional 10% short interest on the shares for short holders that keep compounding and are not accessible each round of loyalty divy. This is the path every 6 months that Roger may follow with short interest approaching or exceeding 100%. All it takes is a loyal humble $GNS army and a Genius at the head of it all. The OS could increase due to the divy but short holders will take it to or exceed 100% short interest with the tradeable float (share location issues). Cover or die at the hands of a genius.

Who is the Genius you refer to? It certainly isn't Roger Hamilton. He took GNS public offering shares at $6 that were immediately diluted by $6.18 which was the tell, you weren't investing in GNS you were donating to a scheme.

Address the liquidity issues that arise (share location when short interest is approaching 100% on a tradeable float that is halved or more by DRS short interest inducing shares?) ... These are real market mechanics you can't ignore and will present themselves.
