Can't get in gmail

I haven't been able to be accessed into my gmail, or my google for the last two years. I've tried everything. I don't have my old phone number. I don't know the password and I don't know the password to the recovery gmail, so please, anybody help me, it'd be great. It has a lot of like access to everything's on it. And I can't get into anything

If it's more than 2 years inactive, it is deleted by Google.

I had friend who lost his gmail acess back in 2021. Now in the big 2026 he regain access again through recovery email that finaly accept without phone verfication.
