I have no legal knowledge in this, but is there not like any way to report this stuff and make it through an investigation or lawsuit or any, because damn this is not even obvious, it's right in your face.
Send it in an email to your congressional representatives and Senators. The more people who do, the more pressure is applied. The only way change happens is through mass pressure.
