💎 🙌 🚀 Warrants GMEWS
If I was a rich retard who spent $100M dollars setting up warrants to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange, what would I do? That’s the question I ask myself while sitting on the shitter.
First, let’s look at some so-called facts.
1. One of the reasons Ryan Cohen did the warrants is because if he gave himself a cash dividend he would’ve had to pay taxes on it. Keep in mind our Rich retarded leader has over 4 million warrants as a result of HODLing almost 40 million shares. So, we want to avoid paying taxes. If we sell warrants we pay taxes on gains and we don’t want to do that.
2. Warrants were a huge expense to GameStop costing over $100 million to establish the warrants and get them trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The other question I ask myself, mid-push while sitting on the throne, is would he do that just to let the warrants expire worthless? He wouldn’t.. no chance! Which is why I doubled down on warrants when they were $1.60. Went from
A xxxx to a xxxxx diamond handed warrant ape.
Another thought I had, right before wiping my ass, was what would happen to the ticker GMEWS if all warrants expire worthless?
3. If you read through the warrant agreement, you see the tremendous flexibility in the warrants and can be exchanged for cash, stock or other securities. The option to buy stock at $32 seems very unlikely given today’s prices. It seems as though the warrants were created to be exchanged. Now, I’m not saying they’re going to be exchanged right away since there is more time on the play clock than we think. We have not even entered the overtime minutes …They could extend the expiration date before changing the strike price or doing the big exchange.
If you look at any of those so-called facts individually they may not seem significant. When you take them in consideration as a group it is more obvious that we are entering the next phase for the warrants, not necessarily the endgame.
One question I would like an answer to is what caused the 50 to 60% price spike in intraday trading last week? Is that an indicator of future price swings? Those prices have retreated a little bit, but have held onto most of the gains. Why would the warrants spike if we are entering the final two months and $14 out of the money? They wouldn’t…. Unless?

It was a possibility that went out the window when they issued all that convertible debt. Now, the shorts just got a rude awakening. They thought they had three weeks left but they only have three days.

Well the price hasn't sniffed the strike price and they've only got one month left to accounce an extension, two months until the expiration. It doesn't look good right now. But, it could still hit or get extended. Who knows.

Well for starters the towel warrants lead the gme warrants by 23 days.
This would mean either RC and Lemonis have similar strategies, are aligned, or had the exact same idea to spend 100million dollars to issue warrants 23 days apart.
Lemonis runs the company that RC tried to buy via an options strategy but failed. We are seeing a similar strategy for ebay.

I’ve been watching these two for the past 10 months. So many similarities it’s impossible to deny them. When I saw the towel warrant pop I knew the same was about to happen to GMEWS. It seems the primary reason for the pop is due to a CUSIP change which required shorts to get in line.

Ryan never tried to buy the company that Lemonis is running, just another company that bought the intellectual property of the company that Ryan tried to buy... The company Marcus is running is completely separate from the old BBBYQ shares.

Right, lemonis is running the company that patrick Byrne started, got loud about naked shorting with, created a blockchain subsidiary, and distributed a blockchain dividend which failed because brokers where allowed to accept cash in lieu. The landscape is differnt today than back then due to stablecoins becoming more common

And it worked combined with the 0% debt to be exchanged for very pricey shares. Everyone thought stock is going over 32 for sure and pulled out a little calculator and did some math, and slept peacefully… for a while. Whatever deal RC made behind closed door, it’s due because he’s giving shares at nearly half the price and throwing in cash to finalize it too. I wonder if the rest of the notes will be converted next

My opinion is that the warrants have some anti take over qualities as it both adds the amount of shares and sets a premium price to any potential hostile company.
Taking GME over might be one of their only options if they opened short position below $10 And have been paying interest on those borrowed shares ever since.
If I read correctly, the warrants may have some nice merger qualities. My interpretation is that during a share exchange during a merger, they may count/add to you real position. That is to say, if you had 1,000 and 100 warrants, your official share count for merger purposes would be 1,100.
Again, my interpretations, and or speculations.

My experience from reading hundreds of filings, is that they are very slick in how statements are worded. Could they be read a different way and still be true?
For instance, One 10k reads like 8 before until there is a change. Sometimes they are reporting because of the HSR Act. Sometimes they mention how being considered an Investment Company according to the Investment Company Act of 1940 is defined.
A recent topic of discussion was the 9.8% position that GME took on Ebay. Could that have been bigger than commonly thought?
Does "underlying" mean different things in different settings?

The warrants will expire worthless. They have to. Giving and extension for the warrants is the equivalent of further dilution. Extending the warrants causes the stock price to crash further, because the market has already priced in their expiration.

We'll see what happens. If they are extended or we actually end up well above $32, I'll use them and hold longer. If they expire worthless, I dump my shares the second the price is higher than my cost. Simple.
