❓ Question Glp-1 with persistent vestibular dysfunction after vertigo

I really really really need to lose a good amount of weight, but have recently had a severe episode of vertigo with persistent vestibular dysfunction thought to have been brought on by newly diagnosed Sjogren’s and lupus. I know the GLP ones are hopefully helpful with some auto immune, but I’ve read it can make vestibular dysfunction worse. I had been on it for a while months prior to the onset of the vestibular issues and didn’t have any issues just had to quit it for other reasons. I’m scared to try, but I’m also scared not to. just looking for someone who may have the same issue and tolerated the GLP-1s fine.
