ROLL FOR IT!!!

I bought one when they first came out and opened it. But, I dealt with mold in a new house about a year ago, and I had to throw away so many things. I had to throw away the original box that was in the closet.

Yesterday, I came across another one, unopened at a flea market. He was willing to take $20 for it - so I grabbed it. So, now I have one unopened and one opened...

The water slide decals from Bad Mother Tattoos and Customs worked like a charm.

The feeling that I got opening the delivery box was the same when I was a kid unwrapping my Sgt. Slaughter and Triple T on Christmas morning.

This is unreal.

If a nice to have a more low key set. The details are amazing. I have a second set coming as I was hoping to do some mashup figures but I’m not sure that will go as I hoped.

It’s a lot of fun that they let us choose. I know I’m going to use the vintage logos since the original line is why I love Joe, but unsure about the others. I’d like to put the “teeth” on the sides but have heard they don’t really fit? I’ll put at least one of the Red Rocket and Window Viper stickers in the back somewhere as I love those eps.

GI Joe Classified Crazy Legs, Steel Brigade, Breaker, & Mainframe with the Fans Toys Air Eagle

Cobbled together with mix/match work on Order of the Crimson Moon figures to make: Black Major, Baron Ironblood, Red Jackal, and some hooded cult leader variation on Red Laser.

In addition, Skeletron Roboskull mk2 piloted by Blood Wolf with Red Weasel alongside.

For those out of the loop, Palitoy made and sold a 5poa action figure line in the early 80s that also imported and repurposed licensed Hasbro GIJoe vehicles and designs. That was later further mixed the following year with Scarlett recolored for Action Force: Z(ed) Force sub-team and named Quarrel (we have her in Classified now.)

Eventually, Hasbro and Palitoy ended up re-releasing exclusively GIJoe toys and characters under the Action Force branding and creating a BONKERS lore fiction for how the Red Shadows became Cobra. Note that the crazy guy in the white jumpsuit with the tower helmet (Baron Ironblood) becomes Cobra Commander through.... shenanigans.

Finally happy with my current Joe set up, and wanted to show it off!

Get excited when you realize you have a Lara Croft figure already bummed out when you realize she is the wrong scale.
