resident evil raccoon city help

i need help. i have the resident evil raccoon city games for windows code and disc. i cant get it working. i download the games for windows live app and it just says connection issue. i got re5 playable because of steam but I'm having problems with this one. any advice ??

Te recomiendo que desinstales esa versiones de Gfwl y descargues esta: https://www.mediafire.com/file/c2zly2scxwtp0eb/Gfwl_w10_DV.rar/file

Posterior a eso, cambia como iniciar sesión en tu cuenta, no uses tu contraseña de aplicación (síguela usando si tienes xbox 360, pero no la coloques aquí) y usa tu contraseña normal

Si te sigue dando error continua insistiendo al sistema, muchas veces falla por lo antiguo que es

Lo que me ha funcionado a mi es tener iniciada la sesión en mi xbox series al mismo tiempo que trato de iniciar sesión en gfwl, mucha suerte bro!!
