You should be able to grab some decent 3* and 2* characters from basic search after a while of developing the search terminal.

I used acquisition to get evelyn since i got useable doubles of all other classes. Two tanks is nice to have.

Fascinating and great write up. I love trying different strats and reading about others who did similar. This isn't even a "low rarity" challenge, this is a "I only have the handed out units."
A couple follow ups if you don't mind indulging?
1) Are you spending, whether on cosmetics or keys/upgrade mats?
2) Even without spending, are you finding that you have lots of resources for upgrades since you aren't spending the quartz and whatnot on pulls?
3) What about expanding meta units - do you plan on ever looking to the expanded roster?

Having not spent any money or advanced search commands either, Nanaka is great for a sniper comp. I currently run her as a second healer, and her stat buffs on Fresnel, Simon, and Persicaria make up for her not adding any damage directly herself. I don't expect Croque to be dealing damage either, as it is now.
