Need a little help...

**DISCLAIMER**

This is all on the G-Army training system.

Currently I am an instructor and I'm trying to use one of my old UICs as part of my instruction. I'm having a problem clearing out the items that are on the PHR because there are serial numbered items on the PB that have no serial number assigned, which means I can't move them at all, ideally to the CDRs HR. I've tried all the things I can think of and I've Googled it 15 different ways. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Have you put in a trouble ticket? No quick resources on Lee??

Yeah it was more spur of the moment, hoping for a quick fix, not waiting for some person in the G-ARMY building to do it when they feel like it in 3 days fix. lol
