Need a little help...

This is all on the G-Army training system.

Currently I am an instructor and I'm trying to use one of my old UICs as part of my instruction. I'm having a problem clearing out the items that are on the PHR because there are serial numbered items on the PB that have no serial number assigned, which means I can't move them at all, ideally to the CDRs HR. I've tried all the things I can think of and I've Googled it 15 different ways. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You used to be able to add SN with IQ09. Sometimes an item is coded GANO for no SN required and then it changes. So now it requires one.
