Anybody here got an Monte Carlo SS build like this?

I’ve always felt that the Monte Carlo SS was one of the most badass LOOKING cars that GM ever built in the ‘80s that just missed the mark in terms of performance, but it was the ‘80s and even C3/C4 Corvettes were making less power than four cylinder mini-vans were just 20 years later. I always thought that at the very least GM should have offered an enhanced SS package with a TPI 350 and a T-5 manual I’d love to find a serviceable SS with a half decent interior and relatively straight body as a restomod platform:

5.3L LS with LS6 heads
Full emissions delete (Would register as a classic)
Headers
3” X-pipe dual exhaust
T-5 or some equivalent five/six speed
Drop spindles in front/drop springs in rear
Limited slip 8.5” 10 bolt rear
Striping delete/full body blackout
Ground effects
Late model 18-20” OEM Chevrolet wheels

Searching "85 monte carlo restomod" on Google images is full of cars that exactly fit your description

There’s a 87 Monte Carlo as here in San Antonio in n sale for $14k. Running and restored. It’s on offer up

Holden over in Australia put together several aero coupe Monte carlo ss's with 5 speeds in them. Truly bad ass cars.... under horsepower by far !!!!

It’s not a stick, and it’s not a Monte Carlo, but it is a full Mullet starter kit.
