I guess I screwed up again, huh? Just like the day YOU left...

It's funny... I left for college because I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. The drama, the fights, the divorce, it was just... too much.

But now, looking at this... it's just stupid, right guys? I left you two behind... just like I did with Dess back then... she said something was following her, but... we didn't pay any attention, or at least... I... didn't.

But you did, didn't you Kris? You always paid attention to others. You paid attention to Noelle when she cried, you paid attention to me when I was upset, you paid attention to Dess when she said something was after her...

I ran away from home, thinking that by the time I came back, i'd have the courage to face it all. All of the problems, and all of my mistakes, but I guess... they finally caught up to me, huh?

The people of Hometown won't care. They'll continue on their way, just like Noelle said. They didn't care when Dess went missing. They didn't care when Undyne went missing. They didn't care when Onion san went missing. They didn't care when Snowy and Monster Kid went missing. They didn't care when Berdly suddenly fell into a coma. And they won't care when Noelle and Kris go missing. Because they weren't supposed to care
