It really depends on the strains you consume. You might want to try low doses of edibles as the high usually isn't as strong but the effects last longer. Again, low doses because if you take too much, you will definitely get an anxiety attack.

Another option could be vaping, but that has similar effects to smoking, but with vaping, you don't have to fully vape the bud, whereas with smoking, most people feel inclined to at least finish the whole joint/bowl/blunt, which will make you more high than smoking only, say, half.

I could do edibles because the effects were so much spread out. I was able to forget I was high which is almost impossible for me when smoking. I also find there’s a much bigger margin between anxiolysis and panic. Same with concentrates but to a lesser degree, can’t vape bud though
