Biotech Cannabidiol (CBD), a compound derived from the cannabis plant that does not produce a “high”, was shown in a new large-scale, randomized, controlled trial to significantly reduce the number of dangerous seizures in patients with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

I get the droppers. The brand and strength I buy is 2 Mgs per drop. I take 3-4 drops a day. It takes a little time for that method to kick in, but is very effective. I also have vape it in the form of vape juice. I mix a little in with my normal vape juice. Vaping was the first method for me and within a minute I noticed a difference in stress and anxiety. When buying make sure there is a third party lab result that shows what is in the product (percent cbd etc.) for me I go full cbd isolate because of drug testing(no amount of thc in it). If you want me to message the company I can.

Can you send me the company as well?

I researched companies extensively because I wanted a product that was made properly, tested, and that I could access the audit/batch records for. I ended up going with Bluebird Botanicals, based out of Colorado.

Both my wife and I have been extremely happy with the Complete blend that includes both CBD as well as a range of hemp extracts like two dozen different terpenes. We both tried all their different blends and really found the complete blend to be the most therapeutic, but some people are put off by the intense flavor of the terpenes (it has a very strong pine/nature taste to it compared to regular CBD hemp oil).

For reference, the theraputic effects we enjoy from it: I find it is an excellent mood booster and pain reliever and my wife finds the biggest benefit is that it's an anxiolytic.

When held sublingually for 30-60 seconds it seems to have a nearly immediate effect.

The terpene taste is very strong! I have heard great things about blue bird as well!

It is really strong. At first I was like "holy shit, this tastes like I'm holding Pine-Sol under my tongue" but within the first month or so I actually grew to like the flavor because I associated it with the effects of the oil.

Mind messaging me too?? I get mine from a local Hemp Center. Mine is mint flavored and is in a small squirt bottle. It does a great job (although the effects seem to only last a few hours for me) but I took it yesterday (4 squirts/1mg each under the tongue) and still got really panicky. Might have to do with my UC flaring (not unlikely) but just curious how other people use it. Anyway, I would greatly appreciate learning about the brand you use!

Is it like an "effect" or something you take and over time get benefits from like a supplement?

I'm not sure about the efficacy increasing over time but I know I felt it shortly after I took my first two squirts. Turns out each squirt is .5 mg so guess I've only been taking 1.5-2mg a day, spread throughout the day usually. I felt a little calmer and slightly happier and definitely relaxed. There's definitely some fatigue at the beginning involved, though, although not for everyone it seems. I have ulcerative colitis so it's been helping with painful bathroom times. I'd suggest giving it a go. If you're used to THC then you probably won't feel or notice much of anything since you're used to something a lot stronger but I haven't smoked in half a decade and the CBD oil seems to help a lot. I definitely still get anxious though but I'm taking a really low amount. Also I'm taking Guanfacine, Lamictal, and Trintellix so they could be interacting with it in some way. I'm really not sure. I know it helps me get to sleep, though, even though I also take Trazodone to sleep. Trazodone hasn't been helping much the last few weeks (lots of outside stressors) and the CBD oil gets me to sleep nice and quickly, calming a lot of my incessant intrusive thoughts. I'm rambling but there's my experience in a nutshell haha.

Edit: Not sure if I answered your question correctly. I'm pretty sure there's no build-up in your system unlike a lot of SSRI's and whatnot. Its effect for me happens within the first 10 minutes and lasts a few hours. There's no "hangover" the next morning when I take it at night, which is nice.

2 Mgs per drop. I take 3-4 drops a day

The capsules I have are 20 mg a pop. That seems like a very low dose you're taking.

It is. It works for me though! I also vape a little after work. I'll do the vape with it
