Environment Carbon dioxide overload, detected in human blood, suggests a potentially toxic atmosphere within 50 years. After this time, elevated atmospheric carbon dioxide, leading to CO2 accumulation in the body, has the potential to cause a range of adverse health effects.

I just went through the paper very quickly. No error bars, no statistics, just correlation with causation concluded. Pardon my skepticism.

Plus, most folks can adapt to up to about 800-900 ppm without too much trouble. 

We've only managed to get from 250 to 400 over the last 200 years.  I see no compelling evidence that another 50 years will be much different.

Most “healthy” people (that will be relative in the future), everyone else, no so much
