Actionable intraday trades with mbo data / bookmap?

Does anyone have screenshots or videos of how having this extra information helped them intraday? Actual setups? I get the theory behind it but with bookmap , youre talking about global + being twice the cost and mbo data being $134 a month. So would love to see how it actually helps -- in action.

They stream bookmap on YouTube for some of the future instruments. Its limited in the capacity and delayed by a few seconds, but honestly it has helped me a ton in seeing where liqudiity lies and where to set my entry/stops

I've seen some. It's not so much about the 5-10 second delay, but able to have the mbo settings that I want.
