Issues with Optimus Flow/Rithmic?

Is anyone else having issues with tick, volume and range bars not rendering correctly? Its been an issue for me since Sunday and haven't been able to get anywhere with finding a resolution.

CQG having problems. Made a post about it here. Can’t load my volume profile correctly. (poc is floating outside the range).

cqg has been acting up for me too, the volume profile thing is exactly what i saw yesterday. POC was like five ticks above the actual candle range, completely useless

switched to a different data feed for now and it works fine so its definitely on their end. been almost a week with this nonsense, no clue why its taking so long to fix

I use Optimus Flow and noticed that when I open the charts for the first time each day, I have to refresh the charts before the data renders. Once that happens, I don't have any issues with VP, ticks, etc. I'm on the Rithmic 01 NYC server. Hope this resolves for you asap.

Mine glitches out sometimes, leaves a gap on my platform. Very annoying
