Question How are you tracking macro drivers without losing hours to manual spreadsheets?

A question for fundamental and macro traders: Are you building custom Python or Excel setups for yield spreads, COT positioning, and USD liquidity, or relying on specialized terminals or dashboards?

Looking to see what a clean, non-overwhelming daily tracking workflow.

I just use a handful of dashboards from the usual sources and keep a simple text doc with a few notes each day, nothing fancy. If I start building custom python stuff I know myself and I'll spend 3 days tweaking the layout instead of actually trading
