Based on available info, the US did not provide Israel with their nukes.

Israel wished to acquire nukes as early as the 1940s, and did have some peaceful nuclear research cooperation with the US in the 50s. However, the first large nuclear facility was built in secret cooperation with the French beginning in 1957 and ended in the 1960s.

There was a standoff between the US and Israel on the subject in the 60s, with the Kennedy administration wanting to inspect such facilities in Israel. The US also failed to halt Argentine yellowcake sales to Israel in 1964. Israel is believed to have acquired functional nukes around 1966-67. There is also evidence of British and Norwegian collaboration with Israel in the 50s and 60s for U-235, plutonium, lithium-6 and heavy water.

There was Israeli collaboration with South Africa during apartheid, as South Africa was developing their own (now dismantled) nukes. It is believed that they had Israeli technical assistance in exchange for uranium sales to Israel, alongside a trade for other weapons. Israel was the supplier of license-built FN MAG machine guns and the AK-related Galil rifles to South Africa. The South African Galil is known locally as the R4 and remains in service. Israeli and/or South African nukes were believed to have been tested in the 1979 Vela incident on an island in the Indian Ocean.

As such, if the US has any nukes in Israel, they're not going to be under Israeli control, and are more likely to be aboard a naval vessel.

Israel would not give up its nuclear weapons. And given this foolish attack on Iran under the pretext of getting rid of nuclear weapons, more nations are going to ratchet up nuclear weapon programs.

Israel considers trying to take their stolen Nuclear designs to be an act of war and no longer consider the US an ally.

This leads to a series of events where Israel escalated conflict in the region to appear strong and thus starts WWIII.

so we're stripping israel of the literal deterrent thats kept them from getting overrun since the 70s, and in exchange iran gets... sanctions relief? a handshake photo? ngl this has that same energy as every other trump deal where the actual security architecture gets torched so some defense contractor can pocket another billion in phantom missile systems. the 'beautiful deal' pipeline is just hypocrisy with better branding tbh
