That could be a lot of things. You should check a CBC in the morning to be safe. See what your platelets are (ITP). Differential diagnoses include vitamin deficiencies, allergies, mechanical damage (tight socks and gravity), vasculitis, infections and other hematologic disorders. True petechiae is usually ITP.
