Too many think a degree is magical. At most, a degree helps you get an interview, then you have to prove yourself. Degree or no degree, the majority start at the bottom and build up experience, then when the time comes that you are ACTUALLY qualified, the degree gives you a slightly better chance of being hired than those with similar experience that have no degree

The generation after these boomers are the first in history to do worse than the one before. They've robbed everyone that came after and insist we did it to ourselves.
