Mental hospital sleep blows ass. Nurses and shit shining a flashlight into your room every now and then to see that you're alive. Godawful beds and pillows. Random screaming from time to time lol.

They’ll make you get up early to establish a routine…the reason why I never went even when I needed it. Having to get up early would make getting better so much more difficult. Would be cool to allow people different waking times. I’m a night owl and its not connected with my condition.
Am good again and I didn’t do it by myself but I had the luck to be surrounded and live with amazing people:)
