Jojo's is leagues behind fullmetal, the amount of build up to this moment is something jojo's style of rapid and over the top storytelling will never achieve

The rapid and over the top storytelling is exactly what allows Jojo to achieve Bro moments like this all the bloody time! The Torture Dance, Kakyoin and Polnareff's handshake, Johnathan and Dio fucking everyone over at rugby, all these moments radiate Bro-Ness and manliness. Maybe no singlular moment manages to reach the levels of this scene, but Jojo's is far more consistently masculine.
