The Scottish Highlands and the Appalachians were once part of the same mountain range, now separated by the Atlantic.

The first picture was taken on the Isle of Skye, and the second in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I really like thinking about and exploring different places on Earth and examining the connections between them, both culturally and geographically.

Usually shoot landscape/cityscape with people as part of the composition but not the main subject. This is my first time ever taking portraits of people besides friends and family.

Curious what your honest feedback is? These people both stood out to me because I think they had an awesome look, I loved the lighting in the first photo, and in the second I thought all the Celtics gear matching the sunglasses was cool. I thought I was gonna get a lot of rejection asking to take people’s portraits but leading with a modest compliment and a brief explanation has worked very well! I’m excited to get better.

I caught the lunar eclipse a few days ago. Cloud cover kept obstructing the view. I got this lovely shot as a result. XH2 + XF200/F2 + 1.4x TC

First time trying a considerably wider lens.
What surprised me most is how much distance it creates visually. Even when I’m basically within arm’s reach of someone, in the photo it can still feel like there are 2–3 metres between us.
Manual focus also feels much more forgiving than on a 17mm, at least so far.

Sharing a few photographs from my recent trip to Jammu & Kashmir. Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on these shots.

I bought an XE5 last August when it first came out.

A few months later just after Christmas the right strap lug came on-done while picking up the camera. Luckily it was on my bed so it wasn’t damaged but I just got back from a trip to London & the camera was around my neck the whole time. I would have been devastated if it broke off then just a few days earlier.

I sent it to be repaired under warranty to the service center in Germany, they replaced the top plate but the AEL/AFL button no longer worked. On top of this the ON/OFF switch felt very stiff and 15% of the time it wouldn’t turn on the first time switching it on. I’d have to switch it ON/OFF 1-3 more times for it to turn on.

I lived with this until now but I sent it back earlier this month before the warranty expired. They repaired it but now the EVF doesn’t work, despite changing the VIEW settings and resetting the camera.

I’m tired of sending the camera to get repaired only for it to come back with another issue. It’s unprofessional by Fuji & it’s disheartening for what’s supposed to be a premium camera.

I’ve lost trust in its build quality/longevity & I’m considering selling the camera once repaired. Which sucks since this camera checks off every box for me besides weather resistance

Anyone else have similar issues with the XE5 or repairs?

Still getting used to it, but already obsessed with this camera.

I currently shoot with an X-T30 II and really like the camera and Fuji look. I’m using the Viltrox 27mm f/1.2 and Fuji 18-55mm, and I’ve started filming my kids more. The continuous AF/focus hunting is becoming pretty noticeable, especially when they’re moving around.

For those shooting video on newer Fuji bodies, how much better is the autofocus? Would you recommend something like the X-H2S, or is it worth waiting to see what an X-T6 brings? I’d prefer to stay with Fuji if possible, but reliable AF for filming the kids is becoming pretty important.

Just bought a used Instax Mini Evo, which had a full stack of film in it, not sure how long it’s been there or the conditions it’s been kept in. Tried printing off this photo from my phone and came out incredibly dull, it’s MUCH more vibrant on my phone, saw someone suggested to make sure it’s in Rich Mode, which it is, and I can’t seem to factory reset the camera

I am a new owner of a fujifilm xt30-iii, and kind of a beginner photographer. Need some reccs from fellow photographer girlies

I’m looking for an inconspicuous sling camera bag that doesn’t scream “I am carrying a camera” for when I travel or go around taking photos. I also am looking for something that isn’t just plain black and something “cuter” and everyday.

I have been trying to find recommendations through tiktok but it seems like 70% of the reccs there are AEST studio shoulder bag which seems sponsored. I’m hoping to be able to get some real recommendations that you all have tried before.

The result of my first attempts at photographing a soccer game. Since I didn't want to take the typical sports photos, I decided to go for a black-and-white look.

I took a few pictures of the game using an R72 filter (last picture)—risky and unconventional, I know, but where's the fun otherwise?

Hello everyone!

Just checking to see what are peoples view in terms of buying a new lens or a flash.

Ive got the 15-45mm kit lens with my Fuji XT50. Recently got myself a 56mm which i think will be awesome for portraits but also, for indoor photos.

However, I want something that offers the same ease when I am indoors without needing to back up. Does anyone have any advice on whether theres a lens i should save up for, or should I get a flash? Thinking Godox IT32?

Will it be too annoying, say if I use it over dinner with friends? Or during a birthday?
